I am deeply passionate about inclusion, equity, diversity, and human rights. With lived experience and over 15 years in the disability sector, I have witnessed firsthand the power of sport—its ability to unite, inspire, break down barriers, and bring communities together.
Throughout my career, I have worked across local, national, and international platforms, leading programs, policy development, capacity building, and large-scale sporting events to create inclusive opportunities for individuals with a disability. I have had the privilege of working alongside inspiring leaders who continue to motivate me on this journey.
I have contributed to the development of inclusion workshop content, educational modules, toolkits, and resources that promote accessibility, equity, and meaningful participation in sport. My work has also involved collaborating with and building the capacity of government bodies, national and state sporting organisations, councils, schools, clubs, and community venues.
I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I embrace every opportunity to grow, connect, and make a lasting impact. Through my work with stakeholders at all levels, I strive to ensure that “no one is left behind” in the pursuit of inclusion in sport.
